Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please check whether such an option is available in your account. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. Replacement of Products and credits to the Member's account for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to AYỌ investigation and discretion.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes AYỌ to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees AYỌ may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the Customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case AYỌ will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Wrong Address - If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Returned by Customer - Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and unfortunately, size exchange as yet.
AYỌ will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing Product, or a print error if (a) AYỌ is at fault and (b) AYỌ receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore AYỌ reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
